OUR HISTORY

Eastside Church of Christ has a long history in the Kermit community. Originally meeting in the county Courthouse, the members bought their first land in 1937.  That same lot is where the church building sits to this day.  What started as a 3-room adobe building underwent many changes and expansions over the years.  When the building burned to the ground in June of 2018, it had grown to nearly 30,000 square feet.  

Today's building sits on the original site of the previous buildings.
